Die Creditor Reference (auch «Structured Creditor Reference», SCOR genannt) beginnt mit den Buchstaben «RF», gefolgt von 5 bis 25 Zeichen. Sie entspricht dem internationalen Standard ISO 11649 und kann somit auch für den internationalen Zahlungsverkehr eingesetzt werden. Die Referenznummer muss in desk4 in den Einstellungen der Filiale unter Adressen in das Feld Sepa Mandatsreferenz eingetragen werden. Zusätzlich dazu muss die IBAN hinterlegt werden.
