# Gutscheine und Rabattaktionen vom Online-Shop

Der Rabatt / Gutschein der Bestellung wird in einen prozentualen Wert umgerechnet und im Feld "Belegrabatt" angezeigt.

Die Rabatte werden nur bei jenen Artikeln gewährt, welche in desk4 als "Rabattierfähig" eingestellt sind.&#x20;

Ist beim Artikel in desk4 das Häkchen bei "Rabattierfähig" nicht gesetzt, wird der Artikel voll berechnet. Rabatte, die vom Shop kommen, können dann nicht an diesen Artikel weitergegeben werden.&#x20;

Denken Sie also daran, alle Artikel auf "Rabattierfähig" einzustellen, bei denen (auch vom Online-Shop kommend) Rabatte gewährt werden sollen.&#x20;
